Senior Videographer & Editor

ProfileTree, an award-winning digital marketing agency based in Belfast, is hiring a Senior Videographer & Editor to lead video production across client and internal projects. This role sits at the intersection of production and post-production workflow, covering everything from pre-production discovery and on-location shooting through to colour grading, audio finishing, and platform delivery. It suits a working videographer and editor who is equally comfortable running a shoot and sitting in an edit suite, and who has the experience to lead client conversations without needing a producer in the room.

About the Role

The Senior Videographer & Editor at ProfileTree operates across a multi-client production environment, producing content for digital marketing campaigns, websites, paid advertising, and social media. Day to day, this means moving between pre-production planning, location shoots across the UK and Ireland, and editing sessions that require colour grading, motion graphics, and audio work to broadcast-ready standards. The role carries genuine creative authority, including ownership of briefs, production plans, and the quality of work delivered by the wider videography and editing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and pre-production sessions, translating business goals and audience briefs into clear creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
• Plan and execute on-location and studio shoots, taking full responsibility for camera, lighting, and audio setup as well as contributor and crew coordination.
• Edit and finish content to a professional standard using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable software, including colour grading and audio sweetening.
• Identify where video production can support a client’s wider digital marketing strategy and develop those opportunities into scoped, deliverable projects.
• Review edits from other team members and provide practical, technically grounded feedback to maintain consistent production standards.
• Work alongside the wider digital team to ensure video assets are properly formatted and integrated across websites, social platforms, and paid advertising campaigns.

What You Bring

• A minimum of five years of professional experience across videography and editing, with a portfolio that includes projects you led from concept to delivery.
• Strong command of professional camera systems, location lighting rigs, and audio recording equipment used in digital content production.
• Hands-on editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve, including colour pipeline and audio post work.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a private vehicle for transporting production equipment to shoots.
• Agency or production company experience working across multiple clients and production types is a strong advantage.
