Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts with attention to pacing, retention mechanics, and current platform trends.
• Adapt and reformat video assets across multiple social platforms, ensuring each version meets the technical and creative specifications of that channel.
• Create basic graphic elements and video thumbnails using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator to support the broader content production workflow.
• Handle primary community management duties, including responding to direct messages and comments across active social media accounts.
• Schedule and publish content according to an editorial calendar, coordinating timing across platforms.
• Manage administrative tasks including agenda coordination, digital file organization, and task tracking using tools like Notion, Asana, or Trello.

What You Bring

• Mid-level experience in short-form video editing, with a portfolio that demonstrates platform-native content production.
• Proficiency in at least two or three editing tools from the following: CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or Wondershare Filmora.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar, as part of a distributed team workflow.
• Advanced English language skills at a B2 or C1 level, required for both written communication and verbal coordination with the team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables remotely with minimal supervision across both creative and administrative tracks.
