About the Role

The Manager, Post Production works within Netflix’s content organization, supporting Indonesian-language titles across both episodic television and film. Day to day, this person is tracking slate health across multiple concurrent productions, making calls on budget and schedule risk, and keeping vendors, crews, and internal partners aligned on delivery. The role carries real authority over post strategy for the region, including how new tools and workflows get introduced and scaled.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute post-production strategy for Indonesian titles from development through delivery, covering editorial, color, sound, VFX, and mastering decisions at each stage.
• Oversee slate health across multiple productions simultaneously, identifying schedule and budget risks early and driving solutions before they become problems.
• Lead cross-functional decision-making with creators, production partners, post vendors, and Netflix internal teams to keep creative ambition and operational reality in balance.
• Shape Indonesia’s post-production innovation roadmap by tracking industry and technology trends and driving adoption of workflows that improve quality and efficiency at scale.
• Build and develop the local vendor and talent infrastructure needed to support an expanding regional content slate.
• Represent Indonesia in regional Netflix post-production discussions, contributing to shared tools, workflows, and standards across the broader organization.

What You Bring

• Eight or more years of post-production experience across film or television, at studio or independent level.
• Proven experience managing Indonesian-language content with established relationships across local post-production vendors and crews.
• Strong working knowledge of post-production workflows, 4K and HDR formats, and industry-standard editorial, color, and mastering tools.
• A track record of building and scaling vendor or talent networks within a regional market.
• Experience with VFX workflows and pipeline is a plus.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
