Production Finance Supervisor

FOX Entertainment is hiring a Production Finance Supervisor to join their FOX Latinoamérica team in Mexico City, based at Calle Guillermo Haro. About the Role

The Production Finance Supervisor works within the Finance and Accounting function at FOX Latinoamérica, a linear and streaming operation broadcasting over 2,000 sports events per year across FOX, FOX+, FOX One, and FOX on Tubi. Day-to-day work covers invoice coding, GL alignment, vendor onboarding, and month-end close, all within a multi-country, multi-currency production accounting workflow. This person is the connective tissue between production operations and the finance team, keeping cost reporting accurate and audit-ready across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production accounting operations including invoice coding, expense verification, and alignment to broadcast budget categories.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close schedules for production, preparing accruals for goods and services received, flash accruals, prepaid talent amortization, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actual production spend against forecasted budgets, identifying cost trends and overage risks across the live sports programming slate.
• Manage onboarding and documentation review for new production vendors and third-party partners in line with regional compliance guidelines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production finance reports covering program cost variances and seasonal trends for senior management review.
• Coordinate SOX compliance, internal controls testing, and audit deliverables across multi-country production initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 3 years of progressive experience including 1 to 2 years in production accounting within media or broadcast environments.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal, is required for this role.
• Hands-on experience with major ERP systems, with preference for Workday or Coupa; advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Solid working knowledge of accrual-based accounting, multi-currency transactions, and local GAAP, US GAAP, or IFRS standards.
• Familiarity with regional tax and statutory requirements applicable to broadcast production operations in Mexico and Central America.
