Senior Video Editor

Entain plc is hiring a Senior Video Editor based in London, England to join its in-house creative agency, Entain Creative. This role sits firmly in post-production, responsible for editing campaign footage, building motion graphics, and delivering polished assets across TV, social, CRM, and digital channels for some of the biggest names in sports betting. It suits an editor with a strong motion design background who is comfortable owning projects from concept through to final delivery across a multi-brand portfolio.

About the Role

Entain Creative functions as an internal agency, briefed directly by marketing teams across brands including Ladbrokes, Coral, bwin, and BetMGM, which means the post-production workflow here spans broadcast TV and out-of-home through to performance marketing and social formats. A typical day involves editing footage, designing motion graphics in After Effects, preparing assets across multiple aspect ratios, and reviewing work against brand guidelines for several campaigns simultaneously. The scale of output is significant, with content reaching millions of customers across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit footage to picture lock standard, including sound design, colour correction, caption integration, and animated overlays for broadcast and digital delivery.
• Build motion graphics and animation sequences in Adobe After Effects that meet both brand standards and channel-specific technical requirements.
• Develop concepts and produce storyboards that translate creative briefs into structured visual narratives before production begins.
• Lead motion design craft on selected campaign briefs, maintaining visual consistency across a portfolio of recognised consumer brands.
• Deliver final assets formatted and optimised for social media platforms, CRM, web, OOH, and TV, including aspect ratio and spec variations.
• Work directly with designers, copywriters, and production partners throughout the campaign lifecycle to ensure creative quality from brief to final asset.

What You Bring

• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro across a range of commercial or campaign post-production projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering video content from concept through to final execution, ideally across both broadcast and digital channels.
• Solid understanding of motion design principles including typography, composition, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Proven familiarity with social media video formats and the technical specifications of major platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deliverables across concurrent campaigns.
