Day-to-day work ranges from shoot prep and production research to post-production organization and newsletter coordination. There is potential to earn a Production Assistant credit on local print, social, and on-air promotion shoots.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the production team through administrative tasks including scheduling, shoot prep, and asset organization across episodic television campaigns.
• Assist with research tasks that inform editorial and on-air promotional content tied to FX’s current programming slate.
• Help coordinate and contribute to a bi-weekly internal newsletter covering department news and production updates.
• Assist with post-production workflow organization, including file management and coordination around VFX-related special projects.
• Read and review scripts as needed to support production and marketing decision-making across the team.
• Step into a Production Assistant role on local shoots covering print, social, and on-air promotions when the opportunity arises.

What You Bring

• Senior-year enrollment in a Film, TV, Media, Marketing, Production, or related degree program at an accredited college or university.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with current FX programming and a genuine interest in on-air promotion and post-production.
• Strong organizational and communication skills suited to a small, collaborative production team.
