Key Responsibilities

• Manage all travel logistics for talent, production staff, and crew across remote sporting events, including air, hotel, and ground transportation.
• Support Production and Operations personnel through every phase of the broadcast production cycle, both on location and in studio.
• Assist in reconciling remote event budgets in close partnership with the onsite Production Manager.
• Oversee timecard submission and provide occasional supervision of daily hire personnel during production.
• Coordinate with internal departments including HR, IT, Building Admin, and event catering to manage studio and remote logistics as needed.
• Navigate internal scheduling databases and crewing documents to support broadcast operations across assigned sporting events.

What You Bring

• A minimum of two years of experience in television or film production, preferably at a network or major production facility.
• A bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field, or equivalent hands-on production experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage purchase cards and production budgets responsibly across live event television.
• Familiarity with sports broadcasting operations and the logistical demands of remote broadcast production.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks under the pressure of live sports production deadlines.
