Production Internship

About the Role

This is a one-year full-time internship program starting in November 2026, designed for candidates who have completed a relevant degree within the last two years.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal production projects across Disney’s EMEA media networks, coordinating inputs from multiple departments to keep delivery schedules on track.
• Act as a liaison between the creative team and internal stakeholders, ensuring briefs, feedback, and approvals move efficiently through the production workflow.
• Monitor project timelines and manage the approval process to ensure deadlines are met across concurrent productions.
• Organize meetings, agendas, and supporting documentation required at each stage of the production process.
• Manage creative materials and production assets, applying quality control checks before sign-off and delivery.
• Provide general operational support across projects, adapting to shifting priorities as production schedules require.

What You Bring

• A completed degree in Marketing, Communication, or Advertising, with no more than two years elapsed since graduation.
• Portuguese as a first language, with a solid working level of English for day-to-day professional communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without letting deadlines slip.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly around asset management and document control.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine interest in how television and media production operates at scale.
