Content Videographer & Editor

This role sits within the in-house content production team at 4WD Supacentre, responsible for shooting and editing branded video content across product campaigns, adventure lifestyle shoots, and digital distribution channels. About the Role

The Content Videographer & Editor works inside 4WD Supacentre’s marketing content unit, producing video across e-commerce, social, and campaign formats for one of Australia’s largest four-wheel drive and outdoor retail brands. A typical day moves between pre-production planning, on-location shooting in and around Sydney, and in-chair editing to push content through a regular publishing cycle. The volume and variety of output means this person needs a solid command of both production workflow and post-production workflow to hit deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots across product demonstration, lifestyle, and brand campaign briefs, handling camera operation, lighting setup, and audio capture on location.
• Edit footage through the full post-production workflow, including assembly, colour grade, sound mix, and export for multiple platform specifications.
• Manage media organisation, project file structure, and asset archiving to maintain a clean and retrievable content library.
• Collaborate directly with the marketing team during pre-production to translate creative briefs into achievable shot lists and production schedules.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content optimised for social video production across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok formats.
• Maintain and oversee production equipment including cameras, lenses, stabilisers, and lighting rigs, flagging servicing needs as required.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience as a videographer and editor across branded content, commercial production, or digital content studios.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for colour grading.
• A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of video projects from brief through to finished deliverable.
• Competence operating mirrorless or cinema camera systems and managing a solo or small-crew shoot environment.
• Familiarity with outdoor, adventure, or retail content is an advantage but not a hard requirement.
