Day-to-day work involves managing a senior executive’s calendar, coordinating logistics for live broadcast appearances and editorial research, and supporting program development from the production side. The role requires a 4:30 AM start time, which reflects the reality of morning broadcast television production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the EVP’s calendar across live broadcast production days, including coordinating scheduling conflicts between editorial meetings, network appearances, radio segments, and podcast commitments.
• Conduct editorial research to support on-air segments, guest bookings, and program development initiatives across FOX News Media properties.
• Book and coordinate travel arrangements for a senior executive whose schedule moves in response to breaking news and programming changes.
• Handle expense reporting, vacation tracking, and confidential correspondence with a high degree of discretion given the executive-level access this role carries.
• Execute social media coordination across platforms in support of programming and on-air talent, aligned with the network’s morning broadcast schedule.
• Prioritize incoming requests and follow up on time-sensitive matters independently, without waiting for direction on routine production and administrative decisions.

What You Bring

• Administrative experience in a broadcast, news production, or related television production environment is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in journalism or a related field, or equivalent experience in broadcast or episodic television production.
• Demonstrated ability to work under constant deadlines, including early morning production hours starting at 4:30 AM.
• Experience handling confidential information and interfacing with network-level executives and on-air talent.
• Strong interest in news editorial process and the mechanics of live cable television programming.
