Senior Video Editor (Post-Production)

Findasense is hiring two Senior Video Editors for its post-production team based in Chihuahua, Chih, MX. Both positions are centered on editorial leadership for a major U.S.-based financial client, covering everything from multi-layered timeline assembly to final QC across long-form corporate content and short-form social deliverables. This role suits an experienced editor who is equally comfortable owning a post-production workflow as they are presenting cuts directly to client stakeholders.

About the Role

You will sit inside Findasense’s content production department, working on a steady slate of branded video assets for a high-profile financial account, ranging from campaign edits to digital and social media content. Day to day, that means managing complex timelines in Premiere Pro, integrating motion graphics from After Effects, finishing in DaVinci Resolve, and keeping assets organized across enterprise-level DAM platforms. You will also carry a mentorship responsibility for junior editors on the team, which means this is a lead chair, not a support role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the editorial process on long-form corporate video and short-form social content from rough cut through final delivery, maintaining brand consistency across the campaign.
• Execute complex post-production tasks including multi-layered timeline editing, motion graphics integration via After Effects, and advanced color correction and audio finishing in DaVinci Resolve.
• Own the media asset workflow across Frame.io, Egnyte, Vidyard, and Bynder, keeping project files organized and accessible throughout the post-production pipeline.
• Collaborate directly with U.S.-based producers and client creative leads to refine editorial direction, respond to briefs, and align cuts to storytelling objectives.
• Conduct QC reviews on final cuts to ensure technical and creative consistency across all deliverables before client-facing delivery.
• Mentor junior editors on workflow best practices and contribute to team-wide improvements, including evaluation of new tools and plugins such as Mister Horse.

What You Bring

• Five or more years of video editing experience in an agency, broadcast, or corporate production environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with solid working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for color and audio finishing.
• Familiarity with enterprise asset management platforms including Frame.io, Egnyte, and Bynder as part of a structured post-production workflow.
• A track record of remote collaboration with U.S. or international clients, including direct communication and presentation of editorial work.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator sufficient to collaborate effectively with graphic designers on integrated motion and design projects.
• Fully proficient English, written and spoken, required for client-facing communication.
