About the Role

The Junior Videographer & Editor works directly within Bitpanda’s Creative and Social Media teams, producing content that runs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and internal channels. Day-to-day work moves between studio production setups, live event shoots, and edit suite work, with deliverables ranging from short-form social clips to motion graphics-supported campaign assets. The role also involves AI-assisted asset generation as part of the broader digital content production workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media platforms, maintaining brand-consistent visual quality across studio and live production environments.
• Operate camera setups independently, handling exposure, framing, and lighting decisions on both planned productions and event coverage.
• Cut social-first edits in Adobe Premiere Pro with attention to pacing, hook structure, and platform-specific audience retention techniques.
• Build basic motion graphics and simple animations in Adobe After Effects to support campaign and product content formats.
• Integrate AI-powered creative tools into the production workflow to generate supporting visuals and video assets where appropriate.
• Work closely with Concept and Design to develop content formats that translate Bitpanda’s brand identity into platform-native video.

What You Bring

• Hands-on camera operation experience across studio setups and live environments, with a portfolio showing range across social video production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of editing for short-form formats including reels, shorts, and vertical video.
• Basic to intermediate Adobe After Effects skills, sufficient to produce simple animations and motion graphic treatments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and their practical application in a digital content production context.
• Genuine interest in social media formats, digital culture, and financial technology as subject matter.
