About the Role

The Costume Storage Manager reports to the Manager of Costume Production and Sustainment, Warehouse Portfolio, and works across multiple Florida storage locations that feed costumes into live entertainment productions at Disney parks and resorts. Day to day, this means managing a team of Cast Members through the full cycle of receiving, storing, fulfilling, and shipping costume inventory while keeping pace with the scheduling demands of entertainment fittings and show turnarounds. The role sits at the intersection of costume department logistics and production operations, requiring someone who can read a workflow and fix it before it becomes a problem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule a team of hourly Cast Members across daily storage facility operations, including inventory control, space management, and floor efficiency.
• Oversee order fulfillment and costume inventory management to meet quality standards required by internal entertainment clients across theme park and resort productions.
• Develop and review workflow plans, resource allocation, and equipment layout to keep the storage operation running at production pace.
• Conduct regular check-ins with facility leads to analyze efficiency data and build actionable loss prevention strategies.
• Coordinate logistics for transporting costume product between storage locations and internal production facilities across the Disney entertainment campus.
• Participate in planning and staffing entertainment fittings, connecting the warehouse side of operations directly to the costume department’s production schedule.

What You Bring

• Minimum one year of experience leading hourly workers in a storage, warehouse, or costume operations environment.
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems and storage facility procedures as applied to entertainment or apparel logistics.
• Comfort working with all types of fabrics, fibers, and synthetic materials common in costume production.
• Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, with willingness to travel between work locations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an advanced degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
