This role sits at the intersection of development and production, overseeing HBO Max original scripted features and series from early concept through final delivery. About the Role

The Creative Producer works within Warner Bros. Discovery’s local originals group, contributing to the scripted feature film and episodic television slate for HBO Max Poland. Day to day, this means being in the room for editorial and programming meetings, giving script notes, managing relationships with external production partners, and keeping creative priorities aligned with budgets and schedules. The role spans the full production lifecycle, from evaluating treatments in development to overseeing the visual and musical direction of approved projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with screenwriters, line producers, and external production companies to drive creative and logistical execution across HBO Max original scripted productions.
• Attend programming and editorial meetings, contributing to production strategy and ensuring projects stay aligned with HBO Max creative priorities and delivery timelines.
• Evaluate and develop submitted scripts and treatments, adapting material creatively within budget parameters and production feasibility constraints.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with co-producers, independent producers, directors, and key above-the-line talent to support the development pipeline.
• Maintain editorial, artistic, and production oversight on approved projects, including script development and the overall visual, graphic, and musical language of features and series.
• Coordinate with marketing, PR, and localization teams, and align promotional strategy with filmmakers and external production partners.

What You Bring

• Substantial experience in scripted content development, feature film production, or premium episodic television at a broadcaster, studio, or production company.
• A demonstrable track record of script coverage and editorial judgment across narrative formats, with fluency in story structure, tone, and audience expectations.
• Working knowledge of production workflow including development stages, budgeting, scheduling, and project milestones through to final delivery.
• Strong awareness of both the local Polish market and international scripted content trends, including the competitive streaming landscape.
• The professional discretion and editorial confidence to give clear, constructive creative feedback to writers, directors, and producers.
