Interns work part-time across 13 consecutive weeks, with 12 weeks at 25 hours and one week at 20 hours, and placements may be in-person, hybrid, or remote depending on the host company. Key Responsibilities

• Agency interns shadow working talent agents handling representation for actors, directors, writers, producers, and cinematographers across television and film production.
• Development interns review literary materials and participate in evaluating scripted programming and movies for television as part of the pre-production workflow.
• Scripted development interns assist in the preparation of pitch decks and script notes as content moves from idea stage toward a production green light.
• Agency track interns manage high-volume phone communication and administrative responsibilities central to how a talent agency operates day to day.
• Development interns observe the selection of writers and the oversight of script development across multiple projects simultaneously.
• All interns attend meetings relevant to their department and contribute to the operational work of their host company for the duration of the internship.

What You Bring

• Current enrollment in a college or university located in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, or Ventura County, or enrollment in a spring semester LA program.
• Background in Creative Writing, Literature, Liberal Arts, Communications, Theatre Arts, or Business depending on your internship track.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite for development and administrative placements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suited to a professional television or agency environment.
• A clear interest in pursuing a career in talent representation, scripted development, or another specific television production discipline.
