Key Responsibilities

• Support the Story team by preparing all episode kickoff materials and populating the internal production tracking system so storyboarding can begin on schedule.
• Track Story team requests to corresponding departments when creative modifications are required during the board and layout phase.
• Coordinate turnovers and kickoffs with both internal departments and overseas production partners, preparing all associated paperwork and setup.
• Schedule and organize meetings across departments, write meeting notes, and follow up on action items to close the loop.
• Manage uploads, downloads, and electronic file delivery to ensure media and deliverables move through the animation pipeline without delay.
• Act as administrative backup to the APM, stepping in to keep production events running efficiently when needed.

What You Bring

• At least three years of production experience in animation or a related episodic television environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with detailed note-taking as a genuine skill.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines across a high-volume animation studio pipeline.
• Experience with or genuine interest in storyboarding or script workflows within animation production.
• A bachelor’s degree in Animation, Art, Film, or a related field is preferred but not required.
