Issca is hiring a Senior Video Editor & Production Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Cancún, Mexico. This role sits at the center of a global post-production workflow, responsible for editing and delivering content across live medical events, digital campaigns, and online educational platforms. It suits an experienced editor who has crossed into production management and is comfortable owning both the creative output and the operational systems behind it.

About the Role

You will lead the video production division for Issca, an organization operating across 30 countries in the regenerative medicine space, overseeing output for three affiliated brands. A typical week moves between editing event highlight reels and clinical footage, building motion graphics for educational modules, and coordinating freelance editors during high-volume periods. This is a department head position, not a senior editor waiting for direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end post-production workflow from ingesting on-site clinical and event footage through final delivery across social, web, and educational formats.
• Edit and deliver fast-turnaround packages including event highlight reels, speaker interviews, and promotional ads following approximately 15 scheduled events per year, with weekend availability required.
• Build and document editing workflows, file management systems, and review pipelines to support consistent output across Issca, Global Stem Cells Group, and Cellgenic.
• Hire, schedule, and supervise freelance editors during peak production periods, maintaining brand standards across all delivered work.
• Execute motion graphics, color grading, and audio mixing to broadcast-quality standards within Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Coordinate directly with the Marketing Director and global media teams to align video output with broader content strategy, managing projects through Asana.

What You Bring

• Five or more years of professional video editing and production experience, with verifiable credits in multi-format content delivery.
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with strong motion graphics and visual storytelling capabilities across short and long-form formats.
• Proven manager-level experience directing other editors, including freelance coordination during high-volume production cycles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency, with full English fluency required for international team communication.
• Experience editing live event coverage, scientific or medical content, and educational video modules is a strong advantage.
