Aspinal of London is hiring a Luxury Fashion Video Editor on a part-time, hybrid basis in London, England. This is an in-house post-production role sitting within the Creative team, focused on editing and delivering campaign video assets across paid social, organic social, YouTube, Performance Max, CRM, and web. It suits an experienced editor with a background in luxury fashion or premium lifestyle content who knows how to maintain brand integrity across a high volume of digital deliverables.

About the Role

You will work directly alongside the Senior Art Director and Head of Graphics, adapting master edits supplied by external production partners into platform-specific cut-downs, resizes, and social-first formats. The post-production workflow spans seasonal campaign launches, short-form motion assets, animated adaptations, and AI-generated video content. Two days per week is the standard schedule, with attendance at the West Sussex head office required during key campaign and post-production periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver campaign video assets across multiple digital platforms including Meta, YouTube, Performance Max, and web, working from master edits provided by external editors and production partners.
• Produce cut-downs, resized formats, and platform-specific versions of hero campaign films to meet the technical specifications of each distribution channel.
• Support the creation of short-form motion assets, AI-generated video content, and animated campaign adaptations as part of the seasonal content pipeline.
• Manage post-production workflows and maintain organised file structures across concurrent projects to meet campaign deadlines without losing version control.
• Liaise with external retouchers, motion designers, sound designers, and post-production teams to coordinate deliverables within the broader production workflow.
• Contribute creative input on pacing, transitions, typography, music selection, and emerging content formats in collaboration with the in-house creative team.

What You Bring

• Minimum five years of video editing experience within luxury fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brand environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and Photoshop as core post-production tools.
• Proven experience producing content for multi-platform digital campaigns, with a solid understanding of video formatting and compression across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Performance Max.
• Demonstrable experience with AI video generation tools and familiarity with emerging creative technologies as applied to brand content production.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing relevant editing work across campaign, social, digital, and motion content is required with your application.
