This role sits inside the Prime Video International marketing team, where the focus is on producing and delivering 360 marketing campaigns for original TV series and films across global markets. About the Role

The Marketing Production Manager, Originals, Prime Video, International works across the full campaign lifecycle for Prime Video’s international originals slate, covering episodic television and film titles from greenlight through launch. Day-to-day, this person owns the operational production plan, keeping key art, trailers, OOH, social, display, and owned channel assets moving through approvals, localization, and delivery on time and on budget. It is a production management position at its core, requiring someone who can hold a complex multi-market campaign together while troubleshooting issues before they become delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of international marketing campaigns for Amazon MGM Studios originals, managing workflow from creative brief through final asset delivery across all formats.
• Own campaign budgets and timelines, tracking spend and flagging variances to stakeholders before they affect delivery schedules.
• Manage global localization and trafficking of promotional materials including key art, box art, online and offline video, print, OOH, and social assets across multiple territories.
• Coordinate with internal creative teams and external agencies to scope project requirements, route approvals, and maintain production schedules across episodic television and film campaigns.
• Identify cross-functional bottlenecks in the post-production and asset delivery pipeline and implement operational solutions before they create downstream problems.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with marketing stakeholders on campaign status, budget implications, and any timing issues affecting a title’s launch window.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing marketing production for film or episodic television campaigns, ideally within a studio, streaming platform, or integrated agency environment.
• Hands-on background in asset localization and trafficking across international markets, with an understanding of format requirements for OOH, digital, and broadcast.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously, holding timelines and budgets across concurrent projects.
• Experience using project management and job-tracking tools to run production workflows at a campaign level.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is expected for this Sao Paulo based role given the international scope of the position.
