About the Role

The Hybrid Videographer and Editor works inside Experian’s in-house Creative Studio, producing platform-native social video content at pace. Day to day, this means owning briefs end to end, from concept and shoot planning through to delivery of finished assets built specifically for each platform’s format and audience behaviour. Expect a mix of shoot days and edit sessions, with regular coordination across the wider creative team to keep production workflow moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute shoot days as director of photography, managing camera, lighting, and audio setups to deliver footage that meets brief and brand standards.
• Direct on-screen talent during production, providing clear creative guidance to achieve performance that cuts effectively in the edit.
• Edit finished social video content for YouTube, Meta, and TikTok, applying platform-native formatting, pacing, and aspect ratio requirements to each deliverable.
• Manage the full post-production workflow from ingest and assembly through colour grade, sound mix, and export, maintaining consistent output quality across all projects.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into the production and post workflow to improve turnaround times without compromising Experian’s brand standards.
• Collaborate within the Creative Studio across multiple concurrent briefs, flagging capacity, timeline, and technical issues early to keep delivery on track.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable credits as a self-shooting videographer and editor across social video or branded content production.
• Strong command of industry-standard editing software, with a solid post-production workflow covering colour and audio finishing.
• Hands-on experience shooting and cutting content specifically for YouTube, Meta, and TikTok formats.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to video production or editing processes.
• Ability to direct talent and run shoot days independently, without a larger crew.
