About the Role

The in-house studio operates as a full-service creative department, working directly with copywriters, marketers, and channel teams to take briefs through to finished assets. Day-to-day output sits firmly in the social video production and motion graphics space, with projects ranging from short-form paid social cuts to longer display and email animation sequences. A typical day involves juggling several active briefs at different stages, from rough animatic to final export, while keeping platform spec requirements and delivery deadlines in check.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics for paid social formats across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, adhering to each platform’s technical and creative specifications.
• Edit and finish video assets across the full post-production workflow, from assembly cut through to color grade and audio mix ready for trafficking.
• Adapt and resize master assets into multiple aspect ratios and durations suited to different placements within a social video production pipeline.
• Contribute to AI-integrated campaign work, applying emerging tools to speed up asset iteration without compromising on output quality.
• Mentor junior designers within the studio, reviewing their work and providing notes grounded in both craft and commercial brief requirements.
• Maintain a consistent delivery cadence across simultaneous briefs, managing your own project timelines within the studio production schedule.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a motion designer and video editor with a portfolio covering paid social and digital advertising campaigns.
• High proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of Cinema 4D or a comparable 3D application considered a plus.
• Demonstrable understanding of social platform specs and how motion design decisions affect performance across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube formats.
• Experience working inside a brand or agency in-house studio environment, ideally at a point where you have mentored or reviewed junior team members’ work.
