Key Responsibilities

• Shooting and editing video content for retail campaigns, autocentre promotions, and digital and social channels to broadcast-standard delivery specs.
• Leading photography production on location and in controlled environments, handling lighting setup, composition, and final image retouching.
• Managing the full post-production workflow for video assets, including colour grading, sound design, and graphics integration.
• Producing content formatted for multiple digital platforms, adapting aspect ratios and edit lengths to meet channel-specific requirements.
• Maintaining an organised media asset library, ensuring footage and stills are archived and accessible across the content team.
• Collaborating with the marketing brief from pre-production planning through to final asset sign-off, keeping projects on schedule and on spec.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Videographer / Photographer across commercial content production, including retail or brand campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom or equivalent post-production software.
• A portfolio demonstrating competency across both video production and stills photography in commercial or branded content contexts.
• Confidence operating camera, lighting, and audio equipment independently on location shoots.
• Experience delivering content for social media platforms including short-form video formats.
