Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ingestion of new content into Disney’s content management systems, ensuring metadata is entered accurately and meets internal content guidelines.
• Perform quality control reviews on incoming video, audio, subtitle tracks, and metadata to identify and resolve technical issues before distribution.
• Manage delivery of finished content to streaming platforms, broadcasters, and digital distribution outlets across the Latin America region.
• Support localization workflows by coordinating dubbing and subtitling requirements with localization teams to prepare content for regional and international audiences.
• Generate and maintain reports on content usage, rights status, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
• Implement content archiving strategies to preserve digital assets for long-term use and ensure compliance with licensing agreements and copyright requirements.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in content operations.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems and digital asset management tools used in a post-production or broadcast environment.
• Familiarity with streaming platform workflows and digital media distribution, particularly across Latin American markets.
• Strong organizational habits and the kind of attention to detail that catches a metadata error before it becomes a delivery problem.
• Prior experience in a content operations, post-production, or media operations role is a genuine advantage here.
