• Attend on-set shoots to advise on camera data, lighting reference, and practical elements that will inform VFX integration in post.
• Manage shot schedules, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to keep productions on track and within the agreed scope.
• Collaborate directly with directors and clients to translate creative briefs into technically achievable VFX approaches before production begins.
• Establish and enforce pipeline tools, naming conventions, and quality checkpoints that keep the team working to a consistent technical standard.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable credits as a VFX Supervisor or Senior Compositor across commercial, episodic television, or digital production.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software including Nuke, Houdini, and After Effects, with a working knowledge of 3D packages such as Maya or Cinema 4D.
• Experience building or managing a VFX pipeline from the ground up, not just inheriting an established one.
• Strong grasp of on-set data workflows, including witness cameras, HDR lighting capture, and plate documentation.
• A portfolio that demonstrates range across both photorealistic integration work and stylised effects.
