About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full CG workflow across assigned sequences, ensuring technical standards are met at every stage of the VFX pipeline.
• Manage and allocate CG department resources in line with production schedules and shifting priorities across multiple shots.
• Bridge communication between CG artists, VFX supervisors, and production to keep work on track and expectations aligned.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in Maya, Houdini, and related tools before they affect downstream departments or delivery timelines.
• Review dailies and provide clear, actionable notes to CG artists on both technical execution and creative direction.
• Contribute to pipeline development by identifying inefficiencies and working with technical directors to implement improvements.

What You Bring

• Substantial experience as a CG Supervisor or equivalent lead role on high-end visual effects productions, including feature film credits.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Maya and Houdini within a production VFX pipeline context.
• Demonstrated ability to manage CG teams across multiple time zones or studio locations.
• Deep understanding of post-production workflow, including how CG output integrates with compositing and other VFX disciplines.
• A track record of delivering complex CG work on schedule without compromising technical quality.
