Key Responsibilities

• Manage the VFX pipeline from shot turnover through to picture lock, ensuring consistent quality across compositing, CG, and motion graphics outputs.
• Lead a team of VFX artists, assigning shots, reviewing dailies, and giving clear creative and technical notes at each stage of the process.
• Coordinate with colour, editorial, and sound departments to ensure VFX deliverables meet the technical specifications required for each distribution format.
• Track budgets and schedules at the department level, flagging scope changes to production early enough to manage without compromising the final image.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable credits as a VFX Supervisor or senior VFX artist across commercial production, digital content, or interactive projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard compositing and 3D software such as Nuke, Houdini, or Maya, with a working knowledge of real-time pipelines.
• Experience managing artist teams and reviewing work under production deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
• Solid understanding of on-set data capture workflows and how those decisions affect the VFX pipeline downstream.
• A portfolio that shows both creative range and technical consistency across different production types.
