Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars for the SVP and VP of Music Creative and Production, including large cross-functional meetings across domestic and international time zones.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and prepare senior-level expense reports in line with studio policy.
• Attend music team meetings to capture and distribute notes, flag action items, and help keep sessions on schedule.
• Maintain Google Drive databases, slate trackers, org charts, team contact lists, and distribution lists used across animation studio productions.
• Support onboarding of new team hires and manage facilities and tech requests submitted by active productions.
• Contribute to special projects including music creative research, playlist compilation, and workflow review across the music production pipeline.

What You Bring

• Prior administrative experience supporting senior executives in a film, television, or animation studio environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Drive, Calendar, and Docs, used in a production tracking or asset management context.
• Familiarity with music production workflows, terminology, or the scored feature film process is a genuine advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple productions without losing detail or follow-through.
• Comfort communicating at an executive level with talent representatives and production offices.
