Cosmetic & Laser Dentistry Centre is hiring a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager with Photographer/Videographer skills for an in-house, ongoing role based in Caulfield North, Melbourne. This position sits at the intersection of content production and digital marketing, with the core output being photo and video assets for social media channels, email campaigns, and web platforms. It suits a self-directed content creator who is equally comfortable behind a camera as they are managing a digital marketing workflow end to end.

About the Role

This is a long-established in-house role reporting directly to the managing director of a Melbourne aesthetic dental practice with over 20 years in operation. The day-to-day production workflow covers shooting and editing original content, managing paid and organic social media marketing across Meta platforms, and coordinating with a digital marketing lead on campaign planning. The practice has an existing library of professionally captured photo and video content, and this person will both draw from that archive and generate new material on location with staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, email campaigns, and the practice website using the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Manage paid and organic social media marketing through Meta Business Suite, including ad creation and campaign monitoring.
• Coordinate content schedules and briefs with the digital marketing lead to align production output with campaign timelines.
• Photograph and film clients and team members on location at the Caulfield North practice, managing lighting rigs, backdrops, and flash setups provided in-house.
• Maintain the digital asset library across Dropbox, Google Drive, and a Windows Server NAS environment.
• Update website content via WordPress and provide occasional first-level hardware and software support to the wider team within a Windows network environment.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in photography, video production, and post-production editing, with a portfolio of professional or personal work ready to share.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva Pro for content design and video editing workflows.
• Experience producing digital marketing content across social media platforms, including Meta Business Suite.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Windows-based computing environments, including networked storage systems.
• Experience in healthcare or aesthetics content production is strongly favoured, particularly within a dental or cosmetic medicine context.
