Amazon MGM Studios is hiring a Production Coordinator, IO, Audio / Video / Photography Production based in London to join its UK International Originals Production and Post team. This is a corporate production role focused on operational coordination across unscripted and movies projects, sitting at the centre of the team’s workflow from development through delivery. About the Role

The Production Coordinator, IO, Audio / Video / Photography Production reports to the Head of Production and Post Production, International Originals UK and EUX, and supports a team of Production Executives and Production Managers across the full production lifecycle. The role covers a broad unscripted and movies slate, including UK Originals produced for Prime Video, and sits firmly on the studio side rather than on-set. Day to day, this means tracking deliverables, managing documents across the studio network, supporting budget analysis, and keeping production milestones on schedule across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile, distribute, and archive production and post-production documents including contracts, call sheets, schedules, and reports across the studio’s network systems.
• Maintain daily trackers, department templates, and production guidelines in line with studio requirements for each show on the unscripted and movies slate.
• Track and process approvals with Business Affairs, Legal, and Finance, ensuring paperwork moves through the pipeline without delay.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external production companies on deliverables, payments, production insurance, safety, sustainability, and tax matters.
• Maintain a per-show milestone checklist covering budget lock, budget approval, kick-off calls, international filming activity, and final deliverables.
• Support the production team with budget analysis and cost reporting across episodic television and film projects at various stages of post-production workflow.

What You Bring

• Prior experience in a production coordinator or production management support role within a studio, broadcaster, or production company environment.
• Familiarity with unscripted television production and the administrative demands of managing multiple projects across development, production, and post.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion when working alongside Business Affairs, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Strong organisational skills with experience managing document distribution, production trackers, and milestone reporting across regional teams.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines across a varied feature film and episodic television slate without dropping detail.
