About the Role

FOX Creator Studio is a platform-agnostic division of FOX Entertainment built to partner with creators and turn their ideas into original formats, premium IP, and scalable entertainment brands across YouTube, episodic television, streaming, and beyond. The VP, Talent Lead oversees the full creator partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and deal structure through long-term performance management and franchise development. Day to day, this means working across development, production, ad sales, and business affairs to keep talent strategy aligned with what the studio is actually building and selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and close overall deals with top-tier and emerging digital creators for FOX Creator Studio’s talent roster.
• Build and manage a talent pipeline across genres, audience segments, and content categories with an eye toward broadcast and streaming adaptation potential.
• Partner with development and production teams to move creator concepts through the pipeline toward original format and scripted or unscripted content development.
• Work alongside Business and Legal Affairs and Finance to structure deals that support long-term value creation for both the studio and the creator.
• Monitor creator performance metrics, audience growth trajectories, and market positioning to guide investment priorities across the portfolio.
• Serve as the studio’s primary ambassador within the creator ecosystem, maintaining relationships that keep FOX Creator Studio competitive in talent acquisition.

What You Bring

• Deep existing relationships across the digital creator ecosystem, talent agencies, and management companies.
• Experience structuring and closing talent deals with measurable commercial outcomes in the digital media or television production space.
• A track record of developing creator talent into cross-platform franchises or unscripted television formats.
• Fluency in creator economics, including audience monetization, brand partnerships, and content IP ownership.
• Availability for full-time, five-day on-site attendance at the Los Angeles workplace, which is a stated requirement of this position.
