FOX Entertainment is hiring a Vice President, Business Development & Platform for FOX Creator Studio, based in Los Angeles, California. This role sits at the center of the studio’s commercial operation, responsible for building the distribution, monetization, and platform partnership strategy that turns creator-led IP into multi-platform revenue across YouTube, FAST, AVOD, SVOD, and traditional broadcast ecosystems. It’s a fit for a senior dealmaker who understands both the creator economy and the mechanics of premium content distribution at scale.

About the Role

FOX Creator Studio is a division of FOX Entertainment that partners with digital native talent to develop original IP, formats, and brands for distribution across digital and traditional media platforms. This VP will work across the full content lifecycle, from early partnership structuring through to windowing strategy, syndication, and format expansion, touching projects that span episodic television, streaming, and multi-platform content distribution. Day to day, that means managing platform relationships, structuring deals, and building the commercial frameworks that support the studio’s growing slate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development strategy for FOX Creator Studio across platform partnerships, content licensing, co-production, and new revenue streams.
• Own senior relationships with distribution platforms across YouTube, FAST, AVOD, SVOD, social, and emerging digital ecosystems.
• Structure and negotiate strategic partnerships that drive audience growth, monetization, and long-term enterprise value for the studio.
• Identify windowing, syndication, and format expansion opportunities across the broader FOX Creator Studio network.
• Build and maintain relationships within the M&A and investment community to support strategic growth opportunities.
• Create scalable frameworks for platform optimization, performance reporting, and revenue forecasting to support disciplined studio operations.

What You Bring

• 12 or more years of experience in business development, strategy, or partnerships within media, entertainment, or a major content platform.
• Deep working knowledge of platform monetization models across both digital and traditional content distribution.
• A track record of closing complex, multi-party deals in a content or creator-economy context.
• Familiarity with the commercial mechanics of creator-led businesses and multi-platform content strategies.
• Experience working across internal divisions to align creators, content, and distribution into a coherent commercial strategy.
