Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos from rough cut to final delivery, maintaining pacing, comedic timing, and narrative structure suited to the platform.
• Build 3D animations and motion graphics in After Effects to support branding, transitions, and visual storytelling across projects.
• Optimize edits for audience retention and click-through rate, applying a working knowledge of YouTube algorithm behavior and viral video formats.
• Maintain consistent branding, audio quality, and graphic standards across multiple concurrent projects within the digital content pipeline.
• Design eye-catching thumbnails and in-video graphics that align with each show’s visual identity and perform well in search and browse.
• Collaborate directly with producers and writers during the editing process, incorporating notes while contributing creative input on structure and format.
