This role sits at the intersection of unscripted production workflow and AI integration, responsible for building and running AI-powered pipelines that touch everything from field capture through post-production delivery. It suits a seasoned unscripted producer who knows how a show actually gets made and is ready to rebuild those systems from the ground up using emerging tools.

About the Role

FoxNXT operates as FOX Entertainment’s internal R&D and production studio, developing AI-powered systems across animation, scripted, unscripted, and marketing. The Producer, AI Unscripted works directly with production teams across the FOX Alternative Entertainment slate, which includes properties like The Masked Singer and I Can See Your Voice, identifying where AI can meaningfully change how content is developed and delivered. A typical day involves running intake sessions with show teams, scoping new AI-assisted production workflows, and coordinating between technical R&D staff and working production crews.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled unscripted productions from concept through final delivery, owning the full production pipeline end to end.
• Design field production and post-production workflows from scratch that integrate AI tools into standard unscripted formats.
• Partner with R&D and engineering teams to stress-test and deploy new AI tools, including automated editing and transcription systems, in live production environments.
• Define project scope, resource plans, and delivery timelines for AI-driven productions operating under real broadcast and streaming deadlines.
• Conduct structured intake sessions with studio and show teams to surface practical opportunities for AI integration across development, logging, and editorial.
• Manage cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and production partners while adapting workflows as tools and requirements shift.

What You Bring

• Seven or more years of hands-on unscripted production experience, with credits across field production and post-production workflow.
• Working knowledge of AI tools used in transcription, content logging, automated editing, or generative content workflows.
• Demonstrated experience with data-driven storytelling and the ability to build new production processes in ambiguous environments.
• Strong fluency in delivery pipelines for broadcast television or streaming platforms.
• Proven stakeholder management skills across creative, technical, and executive teams.
