Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned compositing tasks to Rodeo FX’s technical and artistic standards, managing full shot delivery from precomp through final submission.
• Create roto masks, apply clean plate techniques, perform rig removal, and integrate elements at every stage of the 2D workflow.
• Handle grain management, 2D tracking, keying, and colour correction within the VFX pipeline to ensure consistency across shot sequences.
• Identify upstream technical issues and flag them to the relevant departments before they impact downstream deliverables.
• Review and incorporate supervisor feedback quickly, applying quality control checks before every submission.
• Share technical knowledge and best practices with peers, contributing to a team culture built around continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Solid professional experience as a Compositeur.trice Numérique on film or television VFX productions.
• Strong command of Nuke, used daily across all stages of compositing work.
• Demonstrated experience with rotoscoping, keying, colour grading, and multi-pass 3D integration in a production context.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities across multiple shots, and meet production deadlines without close supervision.
• Clear, professional communication with supervisors, leads, and cross-department colleagues throughout the production schedule.
