The Role

This is a lead photographer and videographer role in Sydney. You’ll be shooting high-end real estate content for some of the city’s most respected offices, backed by a full team across admin, production, and editing.

It’s a role with serious runway. The right person grows with us as Sydney scales, with a clear path into senior creative leadership.

What you’ll be doing

• Shooting premium photography and video for top Sydney real estate offices

• Producing listing content that sets the benchmark in the market

• Owning your shoots end to end, with the team behind you on everything else

• Bringing your eye, your craft, and your standard to every job

What we’re looking for

• Real estate photography and videography experience

• A portfolio that shows taste, not just volume

• Fluent across professional camera, lighting, and editing tools

• Reliable, self-directed, and obsessive about quality

• Someone with ambition, who wants to build a career, not just take photos
