About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Senior Graphic Designer &

Video Editor to lead visual storytelling across our brands

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in:

● Graphic Design

● Motion Graphics

● Video Editing

● Performance Marketing Ads

● Branding & Campaign Design

This role requires someone who can create high-quality, conversion-focused creatives for

digital platforms while maintaining strong brand consistency across web, mobile, and

marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

● Design creatives for:

○ Social Media

○ Digital Ads

○ Website Banners

○ Landing Pages

○ Product Promotions

○ Investor Presentations

○ Marketing Campaigns

○ App Store Creatives

● Create:

○ Brand identity assets

○ Infographics

○ Product visuals

○ Promotional materials

○ Real estate & home services creatives

● Ensure visual consistency across all platforms.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

● Create and edit:

○ Reels

○ Promotional videos

○ Explainer videos

○ YouTube videos

○ Social media short-form content

○ Motion graphic animations

● Add:

○ Transitions

○ Motion effects

○ Subtitles

○ Audio sync

○ Brand animations

● Optimize content for:

○ Instagram

○ Facebook

○ LinkedIn

○ YouTube

○ TikTok

○ Google Ads

Collaboration & Creative Strategy

● Work closely with:

○ Founders

○ Marketing Team

○ Product Team

○ UI/UX Designers

● Translate marketing and business goals into engaging visual campaigns.

● Contribute creative ideas for viral and trend-based content.

Required Skills

● Strong understanding of:

○ Typography

○ Layouts

○ Branding

○ Color Theory

○ Visual Storytelling

● Expertise in:

○ Social media design

○ Performance marketing creatives

○ Motion graphics

○ Short-form video editing

● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Tools & Software

Strong hands-on experience with:

● Adobe Photoshop

● Adobe Illustrator

● Adobe Premiere Pro

● Adobe After Effects

● Figma

● Canva

● CapCut

Preferred:

● AI creative tools

● Midjourney / Runway / Firefly

● Basic UI/UX understanding

Experience Required

● 4+ years of experience in:

○ Graphic Design

○ Video Editing

○ Motion Graphics

○ Digital Marketing Creatives

● Experience with:

○ Startups

○ Consumer brands

○ Real estate or marketplace platforms preferred
