You’ll guide concepts through final delivery, collaborating with Product Marketing, Creative, and technical teams to ensure clarity, credibility, and impact. You’ll explore AI-native workflows to boost speed and quality while building scalable production systems. Compensation / Benefits • Create high-quality 3D, VFX, and edited content for social, product marketing, and campaigns • Translate product capabilities into visually compelling, technically credible demonstrations • Own the full production pipeline from concept to final delivery • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, and technical teams to align storytelling and execution • Experiment with AI-native tools and workflows to improve speed and creativity • Build repeatable systems and efficient workflows to scale content production • Balance speed and craft with strong compositing judgment across lighting, shadow, scale, motion, and believability Tasks • 8+ years of experience with a portfolio showing 3D, VFX, compositing, editing, and 3D simulation/rendering across styles/formats • Experience creating both short-form and long-form content • Proficiency with Unreal, Blender, After Effects, and Premiere • Strong understanding of social-first content relevant to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new tools, especially Flow Studio • Experience with, or interest in, AI-driven creative tools and workflows • Strong eye for composition, motion, pacing, and storytelling; able to work end-to-end from concept to delivery • Comfort working in fast-moving, iterative environments with ownership and sound creative judgment Key requirements • health benefits • financial benefits • time away • everyday wellness • stock grants • comprehensive benefits package
