Day-to-day this means managing timelines and budgets, driving alignment between ad sales, title marketing, and third-party production companies, and making sure every advertiser obligation lands correctly on broadcast. When a live event is imminent, this person is the one holding the production together across on-site activations, remote shoots, and agency deliverables simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with brand partnerships and creative teams to develop sponsorship concepts, then pressure-test feasibility against production budgets, legal parameters, and talent agreements before anything gets committed.
  • Build and own the project plan governing timelines, budget milestones, and cross-functional approvals across Netflix internal teams including content, publicity, and title marketing.
  • Lead production execution across on-the-ground filming, remote shoots, and agency management to fulfill all advertiser sponsorship commitments within the live sports broadcast environment.
  • Create and maintain all sponsorship obligation tracking documents, ensuring every package element is accounted for, approved, and delivered to internal and external partners on schedule.
  • Own budget management end-to-end, including reviewing, negotiating, and approving production and talent bids from third-party vendors and production companies.
  • Maintain a working network of contractors and agencies in the live events and integrated marketing space to scale production capacity up or down based on the volume of the live sports slate.

What You Bring

  • Minimum eight years of experience in live broadcast production, integrated marketing, or sports sponsorships, with direct operational credits inside live sports content.
  • Proven experience managing advertiser and client relationships within a live sports broadcast or live event production context.
  • Hands-on background executing on-site activations and on-broadcast sponsorship integrations within episodic or event-based live production workflows.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging formats in the live events sponsorship ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple external stakeholders including sports leagues, brand partners, and third-party production teams under tight broadcast deadlines.
