About the Role

Integrated into the Creative Services team and reporting to the production supervisor responsible for the Disney+ platform, the Alternance Assistant.e Chargé.e de (post) production Disney+ works across both editorial and organizational sides of content production. Projects span audiovisual deliverables and print, touching internal marketing, digital, social media, press relations, and partnerships departments. Day-to-day work includes tracking live projects, coordinating voiceover sessions, and supporting asset management for international video and graphic materials sourced through Disney’s regional office in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage creative briefs for internal clients across audiovisual and print productions, from initial brief through to delivery of final versions including dubbed and translated video assets.
• Coordinate post-production briefs, scripts, and video translation workflows in alignment with the production supervisor’s schedule.
• Prepare and track voiceover recording sessions in collaboration with production coordinators.
• Support asset management by retrieving international video and graphic elements for use across Disney+ streaming content.
• Participate in creative brainstorming and concept development as an active contributor, not just an observer.
• Maintain up-to-date project tracking spreadsheets across all active productions and liaise with internal departments including marketing, digital, and press relations.

What You Bring

• Enrollment in a higher education program specializing in media, marketing, or a related field, with availability for a one-year alternance contract starting September 2026.
• Working knowledge of streaming platforms and the media landscape, with prior experience in a similar production or post-production role considered a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for project tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools sufficient to brief, coordinate, and review work with graphic designers and editors.
• Professional-level English for regular communication with Disney’s regional office in London.
