Experteer Overview In this role you will craft engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and instructional materials. You will collaborate with a cross-functional production team to deliver polished videos that meet project goals. You will enhance projects with motion graphics, music, and effects while keeping quality and deadlines in focus. Compensation / Benefits • Edit raw video footage and audio into a finished product to meet project specs • Add music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance the video • Collaborate with the producer and director to understand project goals and requirements • Create motion graphics and incorporate visual elements into the video • Ensure final product meets quality standards and is delivered on time • Stay up to date with new video editing technologies and techniques to improve skills • Manage project files and archives for efficient organization • Communicate effectively with clients or stakeholders to meet their needs • Handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Tasks • Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer • Knowledge of video compression, encoding, and delivery standards • Familiarity with After Effects is a plus • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects • Bachelor’s degree in film, video production, or related field (preferred) Key requirements •
