This is a part-time freelance role with flexibility built in. Shoot days that work around your schedule, or a monthly setup that gives you consistency. Not a full-time position, not a one-off project. Ongoing work with a brand that’s growing and serious about content.
 
What you’ll be doing

You’ll be out there with us, on site, in the office, in the middle of it all, creating content that people actually want to watch.

• Shooting a mix of unscripted and semi-scripted content that still feels natural and real
• Capturing day-in-the-life footage across construction sites, offices and FIFO environments
• Creating job-led content that showcases real opportunities and real people
• Filming and producing staff-led content with our recruiters and leadership team
• Turning content into short-form edits for Instagram, LinkedIn and paid campaigns
• Helping shape how Fetch shows up online as we scale

 
Who we’re looking for

• You’re genuinely passionate about video and content, you’re across trends and know what’s working right now
• You understand what performs on social and how to capture attention quickly
• You can shoot and edit without overcomplicating it
• You’re confident working with people who aren’t used to being on camera
• You move fast and can turn content around without losing quality
• You take direction but also bring your own ideas and creative instinct
• You want to be part of building something, not just ticking off deliverables

You don’t need years of experience, we care more about how good your work is than how long you’ve been doing it.
