We are evolving from a media provider into a brand growth marketing agency for high-end realtors, builders, and developers. As we scale, we are looking for a Creative Scriptwriter to turn raw property data and realtor personalities into high-converting video scripts and narratives.

This is a part-time role designed for someone who wants to grow with a modern agency. You will be provided with full training on our onboarding systems and psychological storytelling frameworks.

The Role

You will use our Realtor Brand Intake and Property Narrative documents to build the scripts that drive our productions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Short-Form Scripting: Writing 30 to 90 second scripts for Reels/TikToks with high-impact “hooks.”
• Property Storytelling: Drafting narrative-driven scripts for luxury brand films.
• Brand Voice Mastery: Switching between different “realtor archetypes” to maintain a consistent voice for each client.
• Efficiency: Producing high-quality drafts quickly based on provided client data.

Compensation & Hours

This is a part-time position with a monthly pay range based on volume and experience:

• Monthly Pay: $1,500 – $2,000 (depending on the number of projects handled).
• Payment Model: Initially structured as a flat-fee-per-project or bi-weekly stipend, with a long-term path toward an annual salary as the agency expands.
• Hours: Flexible part-time hours, remote-friendly (Grey-Bruce County preferred).

Requirements

• Creative Writing/Screenwriting Background: You understand dialogue, pacing, and how to write for the ear (not just for a blog post).
• Strategic Mindset: You understand how to write a “hook” that stops the scroll and a “call to action” that converts.
• Collaboration: Ability to take direction and technical feedback from our creative lead.
• Availability: Consistent availability to meet weekly script deadlines.
