What We Do (The Team You’ll Be Part Of):

We are looking for an experienced Video Editor (Internal Job Title is: Digital Media Specialist) to join our Digital Media team. In this role, you will support and lead the production of high-quality digital content, including live and hybrid webcasts, videos, podcasts, and digital events. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in delivering broadcast-quality productions, supporting both live and post-production efforts, and maintaining a professional studio environment.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

  • Lead and support live webcast production, video production, podcast production, and post-production activities
  • Manage all facets of professional production including equipment setup, talent coordination, framing, lighting, audio capture, and troubleshooting
  • Edit and publish webcast replays in a timely manner
  • Expand video content for use on social media platforms
  • Create animated and motion graphics content
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Product, HR, and other teams
  • Contribute to new video, webcast, and hybrid event initiatives
  • Manage and maintain studio equipment and setup

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in video production, film, TV studio, podcasting, or equivalent freelance work
  • Demo reel or video production samples
  • Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio, and studio workflows
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Experience with webcast and video-conferencing platforms such as Zoom
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Two-year post-secondary program or equivalent work experience
  • Prior freelance or full-time experience in a video production environment

For this role, your total rewards include:

Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: A competitive annual range of $105,000 to $117,000, based on your experience and qualifications.

RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
