Wingman Creative is currently seeking an experienced Videographer to join our growing team in Brisbane. As a fast-growing, high-energy marketing agency, this is a diverse and dynamic role that offers creative freedom, exciting travel, and real variety across projects.

This is more than a videographer role – it’s a front-row seat to some of the most exciting brands and people shaping the future of real estate, property, and business in Australia. You’ll be creating bold, meaningful content across a national portfolio of clients, with the support and backing of Wingman Group.

You’ll be filming with some of the biggest names in the Australian real estate and property industry, creating high-quality branded content, attending major industry events, and producing video that drives engagement and growth across multiple channels. You’ll be on the ground capturing real moments, building standout content, and helping bring powerful brand stories to life.

This is a full-time, high-impact role working primarily across Wingman Creative’s client portfolio, with opportunities to collaborate across the broader Wingman ecosystem.
  
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll travel nationwide to film with industry leaders, document major events, and produce content that not only looks great – but actually performs.

• Filming high-quality video content on-location with clients and campaigns
• Capturing a wide variety of content – events, interviews, personal brand, and social campaigns
• Storyboarding and shaping creative direction across projects
• Editing both short and long-form content
• Collaborating with the creative team to develop bold, original concepts
• Attending events, launches and shoots across Australia
• Supporting Wingman Creative campaigns and activations
• Managing video assets and workflows to ensure quality and efficiency

What You Bring

• 2–3+ years’ experience in videography and editing
• Strong camera, lighting, and production skills
• A creative mindset with attention to detail
• High energy and a proactive, hands-on approach
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of storytelling and visual composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• QLD driver’s licence and willingness to travel
• Experience in real estate, property or business content is a bonus
