Are you looking an amazing fulltime opportunity which you can’t learn in a classroom?
Our client is looking for an organised, proactive assistant to be the heartbeat of their fast-moving creative business to keep things running smoothly, calmly, and ahead of schedule. You’ll support a small team managing the careers of actors, presenters and voice artists and your role will be to support the day-to-day office requirements, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the person who keeps the office tidy & organised, you’ll provide general administrative support as needed, handling any general phone & email enquiries, mail & fan enquiries and making sure everything (and everyone) is where they need to be.
What else will keep you busy:
- Scheduling & bookings: You’ll manage calendars, organise meetings, set up video calls, and coordinate talent bookings
- Supporting talent & clients: You’ll help with any admin to set up new clients, respond to requests, and keep records accurate and up to date.
- Finance admin: You’ll assist with basic finance-related admin.
- Marketing support: You’ll schedule social posts, reply to messages, and keep the website updated.
- Events & team activities: You’ll organise team events and manage event invites, guest lists, and RSVPs.
- General support: You’ll help with basic IT issues and provide day-to-day admin support where needed.
Must have skills:
- The ability to work in Australia unrestricted.
- A min of 6 months working in a similar office environment, ideally with some knowledge of the screen industry
- Discretion to handle sensitive confidential information
- Excellent organisation skills & strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, calendar systems, CRM platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
