Entry Level Production Assistant

• Assist with setting up and breaking down production equipment and sets as needed.
• Support the production team by organizing and maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Help coordinate schedules and communicate updates to team members and talent.
• Run errands and perform various on-site tasks to facilitate production flow.
• Assist with logging footage, labeling materials, and managing basic administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment..

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in media or production is a plus.
• Strong interest in film, television, or video production industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions accurately.
