Job SummaryHudson Procter Contracting Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction projects including bulk earthworks, underground utilities, and retaining wall / hardscape construction.This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of projects from start to finish and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.Responsibilities* Manage civil construction projects from pre-construction through completion* Oversee bulk earthworks, excavation, and grading operations* Coordinate underground utility installation (storm, sanitary, water)* Manage retaining wall and hardscape construction* Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants* Monitor site progress, productivity, and quality* Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget* Maintain safety standards and compliance* Review drawings, specifications, and contracts* Prepare project updates and reportsRequirements* 5+ years of project management experience in civil construction* Experience with:* Bulk earthworks* Underground utilities* Retaining walls / hardscape projects* Strong knowledge of construction methods and equipment* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings* Strong organizational and leadership skills* Experience managing budgets and schedules* Proficient with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)* Valid driver?s licenseWhat We Offer* Competitive pay based on experience* Opportunities for advancement* Supportive, team-oriented environment* Company vehicle or allowance (if applicable)* Benefits package (if applicable)Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Company car* Dental care* Extended health care* Paid time off* Vision careWork Location: In person
