CG Artist – Inkubator

Experteer Overview In this role you will help create feature-quality animated shorts and specials using a GenAI-native production pipeline. You will collaborate with Directors, Producers, and tech leads to shape storytelling, visuals, and workflows in a creator-led environment. You’ll explore and test new generative tools, build shot-ready assets, and contribute to the evolution of hybrid GenAI/traditional pipelines. Your work supports expanding from shorts to longer-form content while maintaining a strong creative vision. Compensation / Benefits • Collaborate with CG and Generative AI experts to develop content for animated shorts and specials using a GenAI-native pipeline • Help shape storytelling and visual aesthetics to meet feature-quality standards in line with Director and project leads • Contribute to the creation of short stories in a fast-paced, sprint-based production environment • Participate in creative discussions and brainstorming sessions • Use GenAI tools such as ComfyUI to generate concept frames, style frames, character explorations, and environment designs • Experiment with and evaluate the latest generative tooling and test new technology throughout development • Create shot-ready assets (characters, props, environments) using generative tools and traditional DCCs (Photoshop, Maya, Houdini, Harmony, Blender) • Build and fine-tune generative image and video models • Test and compare multiple generative tools/workflows, document results, and recommend best practices • Develop and document new GenAI/traditional hybrid workflows with production and tech teams Tasks • Experience with ComfyUI and traditional CG 2D/3D DCCs (Photoshop, Maya, Houdini, Harmony, Blender) • Experience creating and animating assets (terrains, layout, characters, control rigs, lighting) in Unreal Engine • Ability to develop character and visual designs aligned with desired style and tone • Strong conceptual understanding of diffusion-based rendering and animation techniques; experience training image LoRAs and video LoRAs is a plus • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team with Directors, Producers, and tech leads in evolving pipelines • Passion for storytelling and animation with a portfolio showing AI-assisted storytelling; ability to leverage generative AI tools creatively • Ability to adapt to new technologies and rapidly evolving workflows with initiative and independence Key requirements • medical/dental/vision plans • retirement programs • mental health support • paid leave of absence • paid time away for vacation and sick leave
