Real Estate Photographer / Videographer (Part-Time)

Part-Time | Independent Contractor (1099)

About the Role

We’re hiring a motivated and dependable Photographer / Videographer to support a fast-growing real estate media company in the Port St. Lucie area.

This is a client-facing, field-based role where you’ll travel locally to capture high-quality media for residential properties.

If you enjoy working independently, meeting new people, and creating professional visual content, this is a great opportunity to build consistent work in the real estate media industry.

Photography experience is preferred, but we provide paid training, structured workflows, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled shoots
• Capture interior and exterior real estate photography
• Film property walkthroughs and lifestyle content when needed
• Provide a professional, friendly client experience on-site
• Upload media files after each shoot, no editing required
• Expand into additional services such as drone and video

Most photographers complete 2-4 homes per day depending on the schedule.

Schedule & Availability

• Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week to start
• Must be available at least 3 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
• Most shoots scheduled between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Opportunity to increase hours as volume grows

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor role paid per project.

• Photos only: $100 per shoot
• Photos + aerials: $125 per shoot
• Photos + aerials + Zillow tour: $150 per shoot

Earning potential increases as you expand into additional services.

What We’re Looking For

• Photography and/or videography experience preferred
• FAA Part 107 drone license is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Professional, friendly, and confident with clients
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to drive locally
• Coachable and open to feedback
