Purpose

Join Manchester City’s Video Post Production team and help create standout content across multiple platforms. Working alongside Editors, Producers and Media Managers, you’ll support the team creatively, technically and organisationally – sourcing media.

This is a fantastic development opportunity for someone with strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills who’s passionate about video and eager to grow in a fast-paced production environment.

, understand what makes a great story, and thrive on editing engaging content. Proactive and detail-driven, you’ll help deliver multiple versions of content to maximise impact across different platforms and stay ahead of trends.

Your Impact

  • Confidently use Adobe Premiere Pro, whether that be to support Video Editors by setting up and organising projects, creating selects sequences/comps or to producing your own video edits.
  • Assist with Media Asset Management. Ingesting and organising footage, researching/Sourcing archive footage, logging/tagging assets and comping footage.
  • Create accurate subtitles for video content when required.
  • Contribute to idea generation for video content. Identify new video trends to maximise content opportunities.
  • Maintain attention to detail and high standards across all tasks and develop positive working relationships with Editors, Producers
  • What we are looking for Essential

    • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Good literacy skills (for accurate subtitling when required).
    • Ability to work effectively, plan and prioritise in order to meet deadlines.
    • Understanding of how video is produced from paper (idea) to publish (final output).

    Desirable

    • Further Adobe Creative Suite skills (ie After Effects, Audition, Photoshop).
    • Previous experience working in a professional post production environment.
    • Previous experience working in football/sport.
    • Additional languages.
